Anna Fairchild

Ms. Fairchild has more than 28 years of management and compliance experience, including being an on-site property manager for apartments that ran to the Conventional side and Affordable communities.

Since her career move to the Compliance Manager with ComCap Management her responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining files for LIHTC, HUD, HOME and CDBG for 1,011 units for 11 different affordable communities. As well as being involved with internal audits and any required reports and/or audits to be conducted by any third party accountants, tax credit investors and CHFA.
