Who are we?
The Affordable Housing Management Association, RMH-AHMA (Rocky Mountain Heartland AHMA) was incorporated in 1982 as a not for profit organization serving the needs of industry members in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming and in 2022 we added Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri to our region. Our members own and manage HUD, RHS, tax credit financed as well as other affordable housing programs. RMH-AHMA sponsors webinars, and in person training each year throughout our ten state region plus a Regional Annual Conference held each Fall.
