• Personal Communication Style: Gain a deep understanding of your own communication strengths and weaknesses based on your personality type.
• Participants are required to complete the 16 Personalities assessment before attending the workshop. They should bring a printed copy of their results for discussion and application during the session. Please bring the results to the staff on September 19^th.
• This class will help the person taking the Train the Trainer Class.
