This session will give you a better understanding of Fair Housing law, and answer your questions about real world Fair Housing issues. Actual cases will be presented, you’ll learn how to defend a Fair Housing complaint, and there will be discussion about VAWA and recent issues that have been brought out of Washington DC when dealing with applicants with criminal backgrounds. |
