MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR

This year we will offer a unique opportunity for attendees to learn about themselves and apply the knowledge in communicating with others.

We have a Master Practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator who will discuss and teach you about your individual personality type including your strengths and challenges. You will gain new perspective on you, this knowledge will guide your success by turning insights into action.

It is required that the personality test be taken prior to the conference session. Click here to take the test. Please bring your report and your percentages to the session.

Instructor: Michael Alexander

Michael Alexander is a certified NAHMA trainer and trains nationally. He was the Executive Director of the Affordable Housing Management Association of East Texas for over fifteen years and has been in the housing industry for over thirty-five years. He is also the Executive Director of the Affordable Housing Management Association Scholarship Foundation.

He has been a Master Practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) since 2009.

He has recently published his first children’s book, “Henry, the Laughing Hippopotamus”.

A native Texan, Michael attended Eastern Washington State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music. He received His Master of Arts degree from Houston Graduate School of Theology. He has also participated in the leadership development program at John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.
