It is becoming more and more common to have multiple funding programs at properties. This session will provide an overview of some of the challenges and potential pitfalls of managing a blended occupancy property as well as the best way to blend the compliance requirements together for the programs. Specifically, we will delve into the complexities of juggling different income limits, rent structures, and reporting requirements, and explore strategies for streamlining compliance processes to minimize errors and maximize efficiency. Additionally, we will discuss effective ways to communicate with residents and staff about the different programs and their respective requirements, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. By the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of the key considerations and best practices for successfully managing blended occupancy properties.
