The auditor is coming! This session will provide a review of steps to prepare for a HUD Manager Occupancy Report (MOR), a list of common errors found in real audits and how to identify when these present a risk. It will also discuss practical ways to fix common errors found in MORs and develop systems to avoid these errors in the first place!
