Sylvia Renteria

Sylvia Renteria has been in the affordable housing industry for 19 years, beginning her career as a housekeeper.  Sylvia moved through the ranks at ComCap Management, proving herself at every step to her current position of District Manager.  Sylvia oversees a portfolio of 8 properties, and also assists the VP of Operations.  Sylvia is a very hands-on DM, working closely with her managers to achieve success at their properties.  She holds both the CAM and SHCM certifications.
